At first I was a skeptic. Then, Rosemary gave me a sample 15 minute session for the tight muscles and pain in my neck. I felt the heat and relaxation. About an hour after the session I was pain free and my muscles were relaxed. I also had the best sleep that night than I have had in several months! I am no longer a skeptic.
